Arizona county budgets money to keep three state parks open

(March 10, 2010) -- The Beaver RV?Park will have lower rates on some services this year, but it will still not offer flush toilets or showers, the city council decided last week, the Lovely County Citizen reported.  In fact, the Army Corps of Engineers gave the city permission to return to using portable toilets to save costs from pumping the park's 2,000-gallon tanks.
